Air cargo calculator
Load a single ULD or an entire aircraft at once. Produce a 3D load plan with contour limits, bottom raise and chargeable weight taken into account.
Automatic bottom raise
Air pallets are often used more efficiently when the load is raised by placing empty pallets at the bottom, making use of the space above the edges where the cargo nets are attached. Turn on automatic bottom spacers and the tool will check whether this improves utilisation and add the dunnage for you.
Lower body containers
Air pallets and containers are usually restricted by the shape of the aircraft body, which makes it hard to work out how to fill them by hand. Loader4D solves each layer for you while respecting the contour limits.
Upper body containers
Defining a contour at the bottom of a unit creates lower body containers; the same method with an upper contour creates upper body containers. All available pallets and containers can be picked from the space library.
Load aircraft
Do you have entire aircraft to load? Pick your aircraft model from the library and place all ULDs in seconds. Our aim is to make aircraft loading as simple and stress-free as possible.
Special loads
If you have special loads — for example long items that must stretch over several positions — you can define them too. The software makes sure they never intersect with other cargo.
Chargeable weight
Set a shipping factor to calculate the volumetric weight of your cargo; it captures density by combining dimensions and weight. The volumetric weight is compared with the actual weight, and the heavier of the two is used as the chargeable weight when loading.
Utilise your space better and plan faster
Loader4D's benefits show up from the very first use.
Save money
Fit more cargo into the same equipment: more volume per trip, fewer empty runs.
Save time
Thousands of pieces and multiple units — a load plan is usually ready in seconds.
Gain clarity
With 3D visualisation you and your stakeholders can see, edit and share the plan.
Save the environment
Moving more cargo with fewer vehicles means directly lower carbon emissions.
Create your plan today
